There's a difference between a good induction candidate and a headliner. I dont even think you could have the Hardys as headliners. Philbert maybe but it will be some time. They really only have Taker, Owen, Paul Heyman, and Vince himself left for now, and Big Juan in maybe 10 yrs. they will probably have to start re-doing people with their teams/stables like Hart Foundation, DX, nWo as a group, etc
