Still can't imagine what the passengers were going through.

Then, you think of those people in the building, especially above the point of impact. It eventually got so bad, that people below the point of impact couldn't take the heat/smoke any longer and jumped.

The 911 call by Kevin Cosgrove still gives me the chills. Building collapsed while he was on the phone. His final words, "OH GOD! OH!!!!!!!!"

That's in the 9/11 One Day in America documentary too. The most disturbing documentary I've ever watched cos they showed you EVERYTHING apart from the bodies actually hitting the ground (not that they would show that even if there was footage of it anyway). I literally couldn't sleep when I watched it. I remember that day like yesterday, even all the way here the energy was just surreal.
