MOST of the time local elections are held the same time as national elections are for President/Senator/US House of representative.
And we know damn well a lot of these "local voters"
ain't voting for PRIMARIES where they're supposed to support these utopian candidates, so why are we tolerating this flat out bullshyt. 
Often times there may be local elections that are held at special times alongside referendums but USUALLY they are on the same ballot.
Stop lying or letting people pretend that they're rooted in local politics.
If you "vote locally" just admit you aren't voting.
Its hard for me to believe that you just leave half a ballot blank and a lot of yall seem to think people are fooled by this
