Remember going to arcades back in the day

I remember as a kid looking like when an old head would keep putting money in the 50 cent games like this nikka rich.

when you had mad time to spend in the arcade but your parents only gave you a dollar

so you had to kill time watching other kids play and be extra selective with your games

I remember in college this Korean dude used to destroy everybody in Tekken 3, I NEVER beat him.

Then I caught him slipping on Soul Blade.. Proceeded to wash him with Sophitia and that fool never played the game again lol

thats what i missed about the arcade the most. if you were gonna be about that shyt talking life, you better be able to back all that talk up. seeing someone get fukked up outside for talking unnecessary shyt happened a bit

we did put up a quarter to play and one to bet so it cost to lose

cats funded my early hustles back then. Used to buy baseball/marvel cards etc and flip it off a few hours of ass whoopings I’d hand people

I'ma pull your card. Nobody has mentioned Golden Axe, Altered Beast or the Michael Jackson video game where he's saving lil kids. Arcade games made going home to play OG NES depressing as fukk. Late 80's/early 90's really was the GOAT era. Videogames really helped me cope with living in the hood in Cali as a kid when shyt was mainey as fukk.

We still play that shyt regularly in Asia. It's like 25 cents for a game of tekken or mario kart or gundam. I still head to my local arcade and get my ass whupped by some hardcore nerd who spends entirely too much time on it.

I fukk with Time Crisis heavy, got 2 and 3 on the ps2 with the light gun and crt tv.

It's not the same as playing it in arcades

i was that little kid that came in and waited in line while all the teenagers and older kids were being dikks. once i got to play id fukking murder them and they used to get salty as hell

had to run to my bike and dip multiple times with my brother and friends cuz them teenagers were fukking heated i owned them.my brother was even better than me and he was like 7 fukking older kids up. eventually we earned there respect and they would let us play. kinda funny looking back how little and of the workers cared bout rules and shyt. had older dudes hogging machines, pushing kids and talking shyt.
