because dude knows the hustle of illegal immigrants stacking their money up, having kids and then kids become citizens by birth then grow up to start a business with their families generational wealth and then hire only other hispanics illegal or not and so forth. they live in black communities and then gentrify them, driving up prices while also driving down wages making it next to impossible to compete with. example L.A and various cities on the west coast
