That whole CTE didn't work out at the end of the day...

I think Jeezy signed em for just protection.

Half of em were tolerable on tracks.

Boo Rossini was my favorite though of the new cats.

Bloodraw had a chance but for some reason, Heezy was being a diva.

None of the rappers in that era were actually doing anything with their vanity labels. Just taking the momey letting the homies tour and do guest spots on their albums

Jeezy gets the most hate I guess he was the biggest name

G-Unit did something, Dips as well...

Blood Raw actually showed potential and got a release date.

He was a Niketalk member who posted all the time in the Jewelry thread.

:mjlol:
Probably posted on “Hatertalk too”. I assume everyone on Niketalk brought their beef, and any titty pictures they wanted to post, over there

They didn’t really seem like vanity labels though. They had actual RAPPER rappers signed. Some of those “labels” were clearly staffed by professional goons lol.

Pretty much...

Kinda like Suge did with Death Row.

Most of those guys needed a job coming home from jail which I can't really fault.

Yes...

Jeezy was also jacking from Hell's Angels and they pressed him.

I'm surprised the Crips didn't attempt to "collect" some salad from him.

Jeezy had backing from ECC, that's why Roccett was "signed" to CTE back in the day.

Because LA was in a timewarp in the mid 2000's, no rappers were able to get on in LA, so a lot of them ran to the south....and traded their street ties to get some motion in the music industry.

What a fun fact...

Jeezy really had connects. He didn't really do anything with Roccett
