P.S. I visited the housing projects when I was 8. My father use to drive me around there to see the conditions which were horrible. My father told me, "I don't want this for your life". Well, in the first case I'd say restrain her, tie her up with something onto a chair, call the police and wait until the police gets there to properly resolve the sitution and/or before she turns the situation into a domestic violence case and gets your ass locked up instead.

The last situation I'd say ignore and leave the premises as quickly as possible in order to prevent a bigger incident from happening.
