ehh..he was pretty cool, but never struck me as a guy who would break out and be a star. he played his role well and got good amounts of heat but fukk outta here with the thoughts that he was like some diamond in the rough

Stuff like that is only hard-hitting/shocking at first... then eventually it's old. If he was still there now doing the same thing, he'd be . Problem with gimmicks that play off current events is that they play out after they stop being current. Where could he have gone after that? Hassan was good in that role, no denying... but the whole "he would've been huge" is hyperbole at best.
