Remember the monthly cafeteria calendars in Elementary school?

Lunch favorites:

Spaghetti with meat sauce, garlic bread and fried okra. Don't ask me why but that shyt was hittin.

Pepperoni pizza. Big azz pizza squares that tasted like Totinos but better

Turkey tetrazzini with the cheddar cheese....yeah.

Warm honey glazed honey buns...they had them under heat lamps. Get two of those plus a couple of chocolate milks

Jr high, I went to a private school that had west indian ladies in the kitchen. Imagine eating authentic, delicious curry chicken at Hogwarts, that's what it looked like. Plus, bc I used to visit them in the kitchen, they hooked me up with cookies n shyt.

The only good things I could remember were hot cakes in the mornings from elementary.

And Chalupas and teriyaki chicken in elementary as well. This was early 2000s tho.

from what i remember as i got towards high school they were at least providing more palatable shyt, but they was really tryna feed people complete trash in some of the 90s/early 2000s public school lunches
