Wait a minute. They're trying to say that Obama was privately pulling for Liz Warren? Based on that statement alone, I doubt the authenticity of this report. Warren goes against everything Barry O stands for.

This country will not vote for a gay man with a husband. Most people won't tell the truth to pollsters who ask then why they won't vote for mayor Pete. In barbershops, privacy of peoples homes and in online forums, most black people say they are not voting for a gay man. It is taboo for the media to talk about it because they want to push their narrative. I just don't know why the media does not talk about this issue. It has noting to do with being a corporate politician or connecting with black voters with issues they care about. Most voters voted with their gut or because they like you. That is why Kamala and Mayor Pete will not have a chance

A gay person could win. Even one with a husband. It would just have to be the right gay person. The party would also have to back them. Before Obama people would have said a black or bi-racial that clearly identifies as black person could never be president. Obama was a once in a generation politician that came up at the right time. Bush set the stage for him.

Depending on how bad it goes for Trump and who runs after we could be looking at a situation where the democratic party's candidate has an easy path to the presidency. Pete is gifted in some ways but he can't really connect with the average person. He's be a great vice presidential candidate but I don't think he should head the ticket. He's a wonderful attack dog. There's just something that doesn't seem genuine about him.

You put Pete on TV and he can out-box and conservative you put him on with. He just lacks that likable charm that would connect with the common voter. He's not charismatic in that likeable way that Bill Clinton or Obama was. Kamala kinda lacked that too.

You can say what you will about Trump but he has charisma too and (some) people really like him. Pete is more like Ron DeSantis who also lacks that charisma.

Breh, if he wasn’t gay he’d be a strong candidate. It’s literally just because he’s gay. If a woman can’t win, a gay person will have even more to overcome. For people who are more socially conservative, I would think voting for a woman would be more palatable than a homosexual. Still a lot of resistance on that front.
