Beyonce is vocally better and one of the best performers of our time. Alicia is great at the piano and an amazing song writer.

I wasn't really feeling Alicia's last couple of projects, unlike with Beyonce's Lemonade, Rennaisance and Cowboy Carter that have huge replay value.

I still love both of them, they both have a great catalog of music, I only wish I could have gotten more into Alicia's recent music, but something is missing there, it doesn't have the soul in it like her stuff from the 2000's did.

Yep.

Alicia to me was like a bridge between Adult Contemporary Pop and the Soulquarian movement.

Beyonce back then was much more aligned with mainstream R&B trends even though she ended up doing more of her own thing in the 2010's.
