I remember when this happened and he couldn’t find a verse on his cell phone to match the beat:heh:

He came out confident as hell :heh:

Can I touch the city ? :heh:

Can I do that ?:heh:

O you want me to get on my gritty?:heh:

Flex drops the beat :dahell:

I see what you doing ?:dahell:

Can we come back ?

Ima get it ! Ugh! You caught me :dahell:

I wanna come back ?:dahell:

You caught me all the way off now :dahell:

Put his hand on his hip and all .

This my first time on the radio :dahell:

LMAO :heh:

I remember him rapping off the BlackBerry back then (which is also a no-no), but I don't remember him being totally thrown off by the last beat.......:lolbron:

His own camp said people that use ghostwriters are frauds back in 2012:

Noah '40' Shebib: Recording Drake's 'Headlines' |

That alone puts him in the fraud category. Not only did his camp put out a statement condemning the shyt he was doing, at no point did Drake make any effort to clarify that he had help. If he came out, day 1, saying he has "help" or people writing verses for him this is a nonissue as other people like Eazy-E are legends who obviously spit ghostwritten verses.

Fred.

Appreciate the practical, level-headed response. :obama: Somethin’ to think about.

Got negged by another nikka talmbout “fukk up” :mjlol:

Damn man, like an earlier poster said he woulda been on that summerjam meme screen had he started popping nowadays and did that shyt.

Don’t get me wrong, many saw it even then and clowned it but the internet wasn’t as savage as it is now. I mean shyt, cardi b is low key in danger just bc the internet is instigating the shyt out of the flue thing. All start weekend is gonna end with her catching an L. All it takes is one immature dude who wants that viral vid to check her.

its also a question of content and intent

he would be fine if he stuck to the self reflective simp bars

but the boss talk and constant forced associations with acts perceived to be street is what draws fire

dude is a popstar he doesn't have to prove he's in tune with the streets

but he's enamored with it from the times we seen him in his mommas basement watching smack dvds with his grandma

it's odd to create a whole new persona after 18 like the cat who was chess club captain in highschool goes away to college trying to convince the new crowd he's a gangster

out of the individuals most influential to his career who did he know before music¿

it's all new friends and no day ones

all of this criticism would be irrelevant if he would just stay in the clean popstar lane

it's a less dangerous case of that 2pac/tupac syndrome shorty wanna be a thug
