I really think the Eminem as we knew him was forever different after losing Proof
He was already popping pills before Proof passed but after he lost Proof, I feel like Eminem lost his "voice of reason" and muse
Proof seemed to be his foundation and the 1 who gave him the fuel he needed to be confident as an MC
