The sad thing is he had several other plays like this where he is leaping outside the circle like a complete idiot. Thibs needs to bring KG back into the fold quick to mentor KAT

The GOAT is here to stay :blessed:

Seriously though, his hype has really waned off here. He was the guy people were saying had next, who they'd start a franchise with - people were taking him over AD, Giannis, etc. in that regard.

He's still a great player and a phenomenal prospect, but breh is sitting on a ton of talent, needs to step up his defense. He shows he can do it, he's just so damn inconsistent on that end. His energy, aggression, and focus vary so wildly throughout the game.
NONE of those guys has earned that certification yet; Embiid neither. What LeBron continues to do should let y'all know how special of a recognition that really is/should be.

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
Wont argue with you on that one

He did a good job on Embiid in man to man situations, but he had some back line help, still he didn't bite on the pump fakes. The real problem is what happens when he has to rotate and play team defense, in those clips you can see Embiid figured out that when he drives he just needs to do a Euro cause KAT will rotate and almost always jump the second you pick up the dribble. Joel drove late, euro'd and kicked out to Saric who KAT should have been running out to meet cause TAJ was rotating to stop Embiid's drive but KAT was so pressed for the block he jumped as high as he could.

His defensive rotations are horrific and he hunts for blocks, I remember Marcus Camby would lead the league in blocks but his teams defensive ratings would be :wtf: sometimes. It's the same with KAT, except he's not even that good of a shotblocker for as much as he contests.

AD > Embiid

Embiid is a better rebounder, better passer, better interior defender and when you take into account that he creates his own offense almost 20% more than AD, what does Brow do better? :jbhmm:

Healthy Embiid is the best big in the league :hubie:

:patrice: Davis is a better scorer to me/is a consistent threat to go for 40, him and Cousins. I need some evidence in regards to the 20% though. Davis gets buckets and covers more range on Defense. Rebounding isnt an auto for win for Embiid either. I agree on interior defender.

Embiid needs to play 35 mins a game and play back to backs for a full season first.

Young Gawd is an elite offensive option, every bit as deadly as Davis if not more since he's not as reliant on someone setting him up. Also, Davis scores more because he plays more minutes, all of Embiid's stats come with him playing 4 less minutes per game. All of this while just scratching the surface of what he can do, this is Rudy Gobert with a three point shot and the ability to post up.

He's just better :hubie:
