I wouldn't say he used to, if anything he got SIGNIFICANTLY better and is probably , IMO, one of the most improved rappers...seriously dude gets an E for effort...I remember listening to '04 Jeezy thinking he was ok but now he legitimately bodies shyt...War Ready and Seen it All are great examples...he went from to being one of my favorites

lol he has bars now, his flow and the lyrics can sound a little forced sometimes, for example his recent mixtape....but he didn't have bars in 2005, or at least not many....He had charisma, Jeezy took the craft seriously though...he's been improving ever since.
