You can't use Kawhi winning in Toronto as some definitive feat when he only won because KD got injured in the Finals. Kawhi has been great throughout the playoffs, steadily improving his play year after year, but he hasn't performed better than KD during the playoffs. Never mind the fact that Kawhi has had only one great playoff run, whereas KD has had multiple, the vast majority of which have been at a level that Kawhi hasn't reacched.
I'm not talking about the championships that KD won. That's not how I'm judging this. I'm talking about his level of play in the postseason.
And please, neither of those injuries were going to stop GS winning in 2017 and 2018.
