It's not a bunch of "well, it could be about Em, but um I wasn't really thinking about him when I made the song" type of deal. "Obsessed" is the lowest point of the run she had going beginning with Emancipation. The lyrics to the song are reaching like Stretch Armstrong for it to even be about Em. What blogs was Eminem talking to about him and her dating? How does Mariah not know who Eminem is? "You're out in the A, no one knows who you are" couldn't be about Em either considering he'd worked with T.I. ("Touchdown") and Lil' Jon ("Lean Back" remix), This was her speaking in present tense and not talking about a pre-SSLP/SSLP era underground/gaining fame Eminem.
It's obviously not about Eminem because her target is someone she dismisses as someone who is pretty much anonymous.
