No he didn't. I never saw that old movie but I saw a youtube channel on altered movie scenes and that particular scene was discussed. Will Smith refused to do it so they edited to make it look real with a behind the shoulder shot of will closing in and then cut to the white boy acting like he was kissed. He didn't actually kiss him.
