Terry Crews could have at least mushed him. If your boss crosses a line where he could potentially get in trouble(ala grabbing you inappropriately). Then you punch him, people are just going to remember to punch and claim you were outta line and you'll be the one getting in trouble along with the boss, i understand his concern or whatever, but doing nothing is soft. You could have at least mushed them hard af. That is almost as satisfying as punch but also more acceptable by cac witnesses given the circumstances. (They can't complain about a face mush if the other grabbed your nuts.) You also can still potentially keep your career, because this will just be classified as an "altercation between two people" rather than an assault on an authority figure.
