Optimistic But I Got Hands Tho
It wasn’t used to prevent it but they are going to make you pay an exorbitant amount of money per year to keep it going.

That tax raises every year and it’s up to ownership to either break it up, adjust, or pay.

Your favorite teams sustainability heavily relies on the ownership groups pockets.

The max actually allows it to happen

All remaining contracts should just be grandfathered in, if the player agrees to it.

Then the NBA should go into a free market, where teams can bid for players, and then transition into a transfer market, similar to the one in the Euro soccer leagues

Cheap owners like okc ruin the product for fans.

Then you got cleveland situation. Cant get bron real help because hard caps and bad contracts

Just because the owners are stupid doesn’t mean the fans should suffer for it for decades. (Like all the other fan bases)

Nah they still could have made it work

Currrys ankle got him 4 years 44 mil instead of 5 years 75 mil right?

They would have had to move someone, but they would have kept the core of Curry/Klay/Draymond still

The problem was the cap jumping by like 40 mil in one summer

If they would have spread it out over 3 years then Durant doesn't happen

Or Harrison Barnes not shytting the bed in the finals in 2016.

Of course. But sports fans are stupid and the NBA likes it's cartel structure. They won't allow free market forces to enable the league.
