Jabari's handles are better than Randle's. Look at the above video and see how easy it is for him to get to the rim. Look and see how easy it is for him to create space with his handle to get off a shot. Randle can't do that. He only handles the ball like that because Walton is trying to get the best out of him. It's half the reason he's turning the ball over so much because not only does he make bad decisions with the ball he doesn't have the handle to go along with that role.

The combination of the two meant he could simply get by with his physical gifts against lesser opponents, rather than using actual skill.
