Remember When We Had A TV Guide? Did You Ever.....

Weird question, but today I remembered I used to do this, wondering if I was the only one.
Sometimes when I wanted to watch TV i'd be asleep and kind of half woke up and i'm dreaming that i'm reading the TV guide.
Part of me believed I was really reading it the other half knew it was a dream, but I kept trying to read it.

Did this every happen to anyone else?

I remember being semiconscious when the tv was on and having elements of whatever was on tv happen in my dream.

Has anyone ever been to some of the same places in their dreams. Then, remember back to specific events that happened in other dreams when in that place?

Basically if i'm half woke and the TV is on,,, I would generally dream what I'm watching some times
