2008 to 2010 was special. It started going downhill the moment Black and Yellow blew up. He started making music for white college kids who smoked weed once and made it a personality trait.

His last album in 2022 was a complete flop. It's like his fanbase evaporated in 2019 after he was done with his major label run.
Worse than that, he hasn't had much singles success in the entire second half of the 2010s either.

I wonder if it changes once Max B to come out? Is a collabo project with him something he's planning? Wiz has consistently been his biggest defender in the mainstream, if we go by the whole Kanye "Life of Pablo" beef. Wiz's quote admonishing him for its initial title of "Waves" while adding that "Max B is the wavy one" was quoted by countless publications and even by Jimmel Kimmel on TV.
