Blah blah blah... Check every major music publication and his next album is always top 3 most anticipated and has been for the past year or so.

His album sucks but it's one of the highest rated albums in its genre ever.

This thread would make more sense if he dropped and the album flopped. But it didn't, and it's not.

Not a Frank Ocean fan but you're a moron if you think he flopped. Channel Orange is one f the most acclaimed albums of recent R&G and in music in general. It didn't sound like the cookie cutter R&B trash that Chris Brown and Trey Songz puts out, actually had some type of sonic direction and was cohesive

It's people who think coming out as gay ruined his career and I'm trying t figure out if they're homophobic or just brain dead but that's another story

It seems like he has disappeared because you never see him, since he deleted his Twitter and never gets caught up in the bullshyt fukkery all these other nikkas get caught up in (which ruins their image and their mystique) but his music is still very much relevant and his next album is one of the most anticipated albums I've ever seen in a while

I have not had any conversation or read any article or seen any tweet that went "hey, we really need another frank ocean album again"....dude's album was garbage and he was promptly forgotten

Wack? You people serious? It's a great album. Thinkin About You, Sierra Leone, Sweet Life, Pilot Jones, Crack Rock, Pyraminds (one of the best songs of the decade imo), Bad Religion, Pink Matter. Top, top songs. It's way better than Nostalgia Ultra. Half the tracks on NU where on other people's production and a cover record.

Now FO has disappeared but it's of his own violation. He's Maxwell status to me. When he drops another album, I expect it to be a great piece of work. You F boys making me spin CO right now.
