Obama was the PRESIDENT. Why are we looking to him to be a local prosecutor? And, all of them were investigated by the Feds. The police are given much more leeway in these situations. That has turned out to be very unfortunate for people of color. But the laws are not the only problem. Consider the cases like the murder of Philando Castille that actually went to trial and was given to a jury. A jury mind you that had a few BLACK PEOPLE on it. And the cop was still acquitted. The issues with prosecuting cops goes beyond the law.
OMG can you imagine a President pulling funding from police, who are already underpaid, because of one or two incidents like this? And yes while we see it as happening often, on a state by state basis, it was spread out. That suggestion is ridiculous.
