The fact of the matter is you decided to get on a treadmill for a couple of weeks then took a break, patted yourself on the back and said "Now I need a Man that really qualifies for me".

I know this because my Woman is the same way, except she doesn't have much weight to lose. Right now her body is 7 out of 10, she could be a 9 out of 10 with some motivation.

I haven't been withholding sex on purpose, I have been fatigued lately due to various reasons. But either way it has had the same intended effect, she is now in the gym 3x a week or more.

There are degrees to this shyt, but if even a good Woman like mine procrastinates and makes excuses for herself I can only imagine the delusions a Woman of your stature must have about what it realistically takes to maintain your health and acquire a decent Man.

Fact is many of yall Women are WAY THE fukk OFF base when it comes to being in touch with the reality of what it takes to maintain a Man. At BARE MINIMUM if you have no other skills like cooking, cleaning or sucking some damn good dikk your body needs to be AT LEAST 7/10 to even think about keeping a Man long term. If you have a gut - fukking forget about it.
