In Missouri it's legal to carry up to 28 grams of weed but if you get caught with any amount you have to pay a fine of $500. They slap you with a felony possession if you pay the fine. A lot of people who cant afford lawyers are starting to get labeled felons.

I doubt there's anything a psych evaluation of any of them could reveal that Black people do no not already know deep within. Many of us just don't want to consider the implications of what it means. There isn't some hidden layer of humanity buried within them waiting to be discovered. They are simply and truly just consumed by hate.
