Not all employers allow you to work from abroad. I know mine blocks international connections so you'd have to setup some kind of VPN to get around the geoblocking.

If I were single I'd be living it up on the cheap in Indonesia :yeshrug:

I work in a client facing industry, and several clients of ours want us to come in to the office. So I've been at client sites and at our firms office, as usual. I work with a lot of newbies too so I make them come in the office too.

Remote workers, since you can work anywhere in the world……..are you still in the same city pre-COVID?

If so, why?!
I moved from Jacksonville to Pittsburgh last October.

Im from here. Moved to help out my parents with their rental properties and be around more because my dad is starting to slip mentally.

I'm more of a reserved person not big on the Digital Nomad life, most of those people are faking the funk just like Van Life. Broke with tons of Credit Card Debt taking some selfies from the beach, they're not getting ahead unless they're making at least 6-Figures. I'd rather secure roots which is why I bought a house this year.

Next year I could definitely see myself flying to Nashville, Tampa, or Vegas Monday, working Half-Days Tuesday-Thursday, then taking the weekend off. However hotels/AirBNB's are no joke, don't even get me started on car rental prices right now.

This is not a good question.
Because have you changed what?
Changed during working from home but still Covid?

Despite many companies showing increased productivity while working from home we still have to discover how much better it will be once we work from home but also when Covid is gone.

No, I’ve been in a few different cities plus a relocation. A lot of coworkers have moved-we don’t have to be back til July 2022 plus we have locations everywhere major, will be hopping (vacation/travel not moving) once I figure some things out.
