Because it’s not as simple as “sign the papers”. People have to agree on what the outcome of the divorce is regarding assets and shyt. You would be wise to have all that settled PRIOR to signing divorce papers and not to sign a muthafukking thing until that shyt is agreed upon.If he moved on then why won't he take his shyt and sign the divorce papers.

Is that not what mediation is for? He didn’t even have an attorney prior today, if he even has one.
Per Remy, he hasn’t been open to anything regarding the divorce.
She wanted mediation and regarding her assets, it’s probably best if she keeps it out of court, because if everything she alleges is true, alimony, child support and property etc she could give up.
