Vince needs to do everything he can to keep her. She's an incredible host. None of those shows she does, preshow, backstage, DVDs, etc.. would be the same without her. She's the glue holding it all together. She was spectacular on NXT Arrivial.

I haven't read all of the pages so I dunno if it's been talked about, but WWE is her dream job. Like it was the end goal to work in the company. I don't know that the promise of more money is gonna really lure her away if she's legit happy living that dream. Hope it doesn't. She's VERY good at it. If she's smart, and she certainly seems to be, she'll leverage the offer into a pay raise from the E and stay.

Dream job, maybe. But longevity-wise, she could go to ESPN and probably have a better broadcasting career. I dont know how old she is, but ESPN could lead to GMA or something similar, or she could host a number of shows on ABC. She's good enough.
Even if WWE offered her a 10-year contract, what would she do after that?
