Rent going up unappreciation thread

when i first moved in rent was 765

after a year i signed a new lease for 8 months at 785

then a 6 month lease for 6 months ( should have signed up for a year)

just got notice that rent will up to 865 which will include this new valet trash service we got 2 months ago. Problem is I only need trash pick up twice a week

we were paying only $8 for trash

I dont want to move because my girl and I are going to rent a house after this next lease is up and I dont want to get a new apartment only to move out 6 or so months later

ie im paying $820 now then add $8 for trash, well went the new valet trash it probably went up to like $25 or something and and then regular rent went up like 30 or something

yall niccas need to move up north to canada my current rent 560 1 bedroom errything included but I used to have a 2 bedroom before I got flooded
btw ideal rent should be 35 percent of you salaries

like I stated 6 months and I will be buying a house, searching at the moment, I just don't want to move just to move again


699 here wont get you much, the apartments I live in are less than 4 years old...thats the going rate here

you feel my pain.. its better to just get a 2 bed room 2 bath and split rent with someone you know


$1100-$1200 for 1 bed room 1 bath or $1400 for 2 bed room 2 bath

either way cause comcast taxing out here

Rent $1400
PG&E $100


and aint even air condition in the apartment

I moved in with my old co worker he got a house $600 cover everything ima just do this till I stack and buy my own house

them houses up the hill from admiral callaghan lane in vallejo the gated community used to be in the millions the market ended that they only going for $200k now
