Mario Bros. 3 was my childhood on GBA.
I loved Mario World too.

It's just really hard to believe Nintendo keeps coming up with new game mechanics and styles...not just power ups though those DO count, in every release. It is really amazing they keep upping the ante. Me and my nephew where perpetually all week.

Their only misses were sunshine and that was at least ambitious, and lost levels / 2 Japan. That was just...a difficult level pack.

Did you grow up with the 2D games? No shade but wondering context of the ranking

I went back and played them but nah 64 was my first. If i had to just rate the 2D ones I'd put Wonder right under World and 3.

Nah, I'd argue that World is more of an iconic game. Given, it's probably because it's the only true mainline Mario game that came out the SNES, but it still counts. World has brehs debating which color Yoshi was the best (it's blue) even when the 64 eventually came out.

When the movie was announced I was the first person I can think of to call a billion...he is multiple generation's (X, millennial, z) Mickey Mouse. I 100% agree.
