I need to send 2 sealed transcripts to the grad school I'm applying to. I plan on putting them in one of those orange envelopes but don't now how many stamps are needed. I was thinking 3 because it won't be that heavy

Why do they need 2 sealed transcripts? Does one department not trust the other? Also, they don't want them delivered straight from your undergrad?
