Looking at this year's Estimated Wins Added...the three best players in the league are:

Lebron 11.7
Durant 11.0
Kobe 9.5

This idea that kobe is some kind of determent to the lakers is one of the idiotic narratives i've ever seen possibly imaginable...Kobe's playing at an absolute insane elite level this year..you replace him with one of the two better players this year, and the records improve marginally at best...the 2.2 estimated win difference between bron and kobe is projected over an full 82 game season...adjust that for the games they've played thus far, and it's an added .83171 wins up to this point with Bron there instead of Kobe...I'll round that up to 1 full game, and add another game just for the fukk of it and say the lakers are maybe 17-17 right now with Lebron...the problems with this team are real...and they don't just magically work themselves out with lebron there...Nash still misses most of the early part of the season and chris duhon and darius morris is your pg rotation for most of the seaons...Pau is still the same pathetic ass pau that he is now...dwight is still less than 100% and nowhere near the Dwight he was before the back surgery...the bench is still non-existent...the biggest difference would be if lebron was there, people would correctly see the definicies of the team, instead of trying bizzarely blame it on his excellent play like they're doing with kobe's 30 5 5 on .600 TS% this year

these guys are idiots

i've never met a normal looking dude who hates on kobe at a high level

forget this year, you put this version of Lebron on ANY team Kobe Bryant has been on, and they are a better team... he's a superior player

that's a tough pill for Kobe stans to swallow, but it is what it is; there's not a single year of Kobe Bryant's career that his team would benefit more from having him on the squad as opposed to the 2012-2013 version of Lebron.

Again, Kobe has 5 rings...im sure he knows how to lead a team

especially considering the chemistry of the Lamar and Pau squad:wtf:

all that said, chemistry is not needed to be a successful team...look at Kobe and Shaq, more dominant than ANY team LeBron led, and didnt have half the chemistry:umad:

That Lakers dynasty did have chemistry. The difference is that Kobe wasn't its leader. Everybody loved Shaq and played for him. The bad apple Kobe did his Kobe thing but as a young wipper snapper that Shaq had to check from time to time, Kobe didn't make or break chemistry. That was the leader's job.

Denver game was a perfect example of how Kobe hurts his team more than helps
