That's cause urban and Co refused to adapt, the gimmicky shyt was not needed with arguably the best rb in the country and a 6 5 nygga with a cannon.. Nyggas running reverse sweeps, qb goofy options and other shyt, nygga line up and run the ball and alternate with play action and some shotgun, pick up the pace with a little no huddle.. Of course JT would look better when they let the damn qb have more carries than zeke like tonight... Pathetic

The only argument I'll give to this is that they don't have the receivers to take advantage of a 6'5 guy with a cannon, since the only true receiver is Michael Thomas, and it makes me question Cardale's ability to play in a pro style.......

With that being said, there is ZERO reason why elliott isn't the clear #1 option on this offense, way too many designed qb runs and plays designed to "put all these guys in open space"
