They have a clear motive.
the victim sent texts saying he thinks Hernandez is gonna kill the night of the murder.
I'm sure a jury would be easily convinced of his guilt even if the evidence is circumstantial.
Right now they are trying to link him with several other murders.
and they already have proof of evidence tampering so if they can't get the real charge they'll try to lock him up
