It's apart of the recovery process. When Rondo came back from his injury he had to sit out some practices/games because of knee soreness. Same with Rubio.

I don't think it's a really big deal, it's almost expected. But because it's Rose people will overreact.

When I came back from my knee injury this year my knee would get sore as hell just from running on a treadmill, so I'm guessing he's going through the same - He's more than likely fine.

Knee needs to adjust to the strain.
