My "agenda" is equal justice for everyone...rich or poor, race irrelevant. For those convicted, I want a pathway to rehabilitation and gainful growth if they can be. No politician has to tell me what I should think. I'm wise enough to know a society doesn't work if its justice system doesn't.

There is no way Hilary will get indicted by the FBI. It is an election year, she is the big Democratic candidate with financial backing from Wall Street among others. You have a Democratic president who could essentially press the button and nix whatever decision the FBI wants to make.

This move would essentially give the White House back to the Republicans. Can't see it happening.
