There's going to be a tremendous amount of political pressure to seek an indictment if wrongdoing can be proven beyond a reasonable doubt. I think there is, just by the nature of her going out of her way to seem like she's hiding shyt from being in the National Archives. If they're looking for a smoking gun email, I seriously doubt they find it, but there's going to more than enough circumstantial evidence to make it worth it.

I don't trust our legal system, so no ban bets for me. I do think Hillary should be viewed with the same suspicion and disgust John Edwards was treated with.
