At some point the team needs to shoot for some level of consistency. Nor saying George Karl is great but the real thing is that they need to trade Demarcus cousins for draft picks. Whoever the next coach is boogie has to go regardless.
Thibs and Scott Brooks are already rumored for the job 
Boogie is a rockhead who makes a lot of terrible decisions on the court; Rondo is a rockhead masquerading as a Connect Four genius who pads his stats at the expense of a fluid offense; Rudy Gay is a career loser who has never consistently matched his effort to his talent.
And this is still Karl's fault, despite all of that. He's a toxic piece of shyt. He openly insults and undermines his players. He resents "stars" because their greatness robs him of the credit he believes he deserves. He's a career also-ran whose most notable "achievement" has been absolutely flopping with ultra-talented teams, from the Sonics to the Bucks to Team USA. That he keeps stealing millions from NBA teams while escaping the same level of vitriol reserved for players is criminal. fukk him. Hopefully he's done for good.
