Plus they always said they were going to look at Fox. Ball beat Fox multiple times last year but that last game stood out the most to them (despite Balls physical/personal issues at the time)

Plus Fox is a really good kid. Easy to like and a good backup if they need it.

Fox would be better in Philly or Pheonix though and would not help the Lakers right now imo

I like D.Fox but lets keep all the way 100, you don't draft a PG who can't shoot at all that high in this era.


You would think Kris Dunn and Mudiay would show you no matter how quick, how good a guard can penetrate and the defensive potential you need at least an average jumper to keep defenses honest starting out.

John Wall was the last PG to get #1 overall who had a below average jumpshot and you see how long it took him(7 years) to developer a jumper. Yet Fox made John Wall shooting % at Kentucky look like JJ Redikk. Fox legit was the worst shooting PG Calipari has ever had and started the entire season.


Dearron Fox shot 24% from the 3 and only made 17 shots behind the 3pt line the entire season.
