God it must suck being a lakers fan. Y'all really that impatient to be mediocre?

Draft Ingram and let him develop and develop your young pieces with JC and russell and randle.

Such a shame that the fanbase is so impatient that they have to try and win now immediately while they are a long away from rebuilding. Trading the #2 pick is a short term solution to a long term problem.

I don't see many Lakers fans wanting to trade the pick. The GM has said he will obviously leave all options open and this article ran with it. It's not likely that this pick will be traded just like last year.

They'd be stupid to trade it. Pacers and Kings aren't trading young proven stars for an unknown.

Plus the Lakers using the pick on Ingram or Simmons helps your salary cap. They will be productive players on a rookie scale for FOUR years with an increasing cap.
Most important thing said on here. With Ingram, Randle, Clarkson continuing to improve and either Randle or Nance improving it may be another bad year or two. But if those players continue improving in two years time Lakers should have great money to surround that talent with. Despite what folks say Lakers till get in the room on every big name free agent. Problem has been there's been no plan for the future so of course no free agents would sign. But you get that young cheap talent and money to sign another couple of stars to pair up around it and they'll eventually attract somebody.

I am sure Mitch is going to call Pacers and Kings and they will both decline and he will move on, it's worth a try. But I doubt he is out there and trading it for anyone. The one I am scared about and saw on these reports is Jimmy Butler, I don't think Mitch is this dumb to trade a 2nd for Butler.
Butler > Ingram lol

In no way possible is the league not gonna get Simmons to the Lakers let's be real.
Just like there was no way y'all wouldn't get the 1st pick :mjlol:

We taking Simmons breh, Brett Brown has known Simmons since he was a child because he coached his Dad

See what it feels like to watch the player you want get taken right in front of you, like y'all snatched D'angelo from us last year :umad:
