Tristan Thompson is a one trick pony & all he does well is rebound. But nikkas in here acting like he's the second coming to Dennis Rodman, which he aint!
And Tristan Thompson also ain't shyt defensively compared to David West

Tristan Thompson isn't even close to being the best rebounder in the league. He's ranked 5th for offensive rebounds, but he's not even in the top 20 for defensive rebounding & ranked 19th for total rebounds. He's also 26th in the league for rebounds per game for 2014-2015. And his total career rebound average is only 8.4 RPG. Plus, he has no other skills outside of rebounding, which is why it's stupid to pay him max dolllars. You Cleveland fans are over hyping TT when it's clear that he's just an average rebounder at bestTotal Rebounds:

It looks like he's undermining his black agent, as well as doubting his agent's ability to get a deal done on his own merit.
How is he supposed to get respect as an agent when his only trump card is "my best friend won't talk to you if you don't get us what we want"? This does nothing to garner respect from his peers in the business.

Lebron needs to retire he is not gonna beat the west might as well not even try just work in the community and be a good father 
Picking out little small situational aspects of TT's game doesn't override all of David West's superior attributes & intangibles, so when it's all said & done David West is still a overall better player offensively and defensively than Tristan Thompson
