Too late, the cavs gave up Wiggins to appease LJ. You have Bron for maybe 2-3 great years, Kyrie who's hurt and KLove who's hurt and doesn't play D. It's now or never, unless Kyrie's knee and KL's shoulder don't heal right.. The east is trash outside of Cleveland, Chicago and ATL. Gilbert's best shot is now, then it's back to the cellar.

The Wiggins trade was the right move assuming Love's there longterm and they win.

I fukks with Tristan and all but he isn't worth anymore then 5 years 50-60 million dollars in my eyes. Bron wants his boy to get paid but he has to think about 2 or 3 years down the line when they may need a shooter or a center and don't have the money for one. Why pay max money to two players who play the power forward position not to mention Bron is probably going to creep over to the pf spot more and more as his athleticism wanes. If they are going to pay Tristan more then 80 they really should have kept Wiggins then. Cause in a year or two Bron will need that slasher with him who can also defend the best perimeter players.

LeBron saw one or two guy in the trenches with him in the finals, and he's trying to get one of the guys paid. The FO can't give him the max though. Love on 22. Varejo is on 9. Mozgov is on 4.5, unless they're thinking about moving him, I don't see the max for TT.

The funny things is if lebron signed his deal and left tristan out in the cold you would call him selfish .......

Tristan would go to a new team and beast on the boards and kevin would get hurt again and the same people here would say

you should have paid TT:upsetfavre:

They won't have that money anyway breh. :heh: What part of this are people not getting? :snoop: Two or three years down they line they may very well have two or three chips anyway. Why do it? Because the fukkin life's blood of your franchise...shyt of your fukkin city wants you to...that's why. Am I the only one who saw these guys get to the Finals and compete with Love out and Kyrie playing injured and missing time, in their first year together? You have a team with that kind of potential and a player bringing in the kind of money Bron is, you pay up. All I hear is "hey they had no choice" or "the cap is going up" for lottery or early exit squads passing out this kind of money but yet a squad that was competitive in the Finals with it's 2nd and 3rd best guy hurt needs to think twice about spending this kind of money? :dead:

Yea well he has done that hoe shyt before. So i give you example & thats all you can say. K cool bruh.

Riley has been a great GM, but he's done "questionable" stuff to.

Faxed his resignation to the Knicks.
Airing out Bron's wife being pregnant and that whole press conference last year.
Standing up for James Jones tribute but sitting down for Bron's.
The "smiling faces" quote.

Riley nor Bron are saints, and both parties acted kind of childish this past year or so. :manny:

He didn't even play 30mpg

:comeon: I know you're stanning for Thompson because he's Canadian. All the players below were also under 30 minutes per game and still had more total rebounds than
Tristan Thompson.

Omar Asik 26.1
Jonas Valanciunas 26.2
Rudy Gobert 26.3
Kenneth Faried 27.8
Enes Kanter 28.5
Tim Duncan 28.9

Why did he say that about lebrons wife?......would you not think lebron wanted that news to himself maybe he was setting up to tell the family as a surprise but they heard it this way?

thats fukked up .....what if the kid did not make it .....what if she has had troubled pregnancy's before and wanted to wait to see if things went well.

the reason I'm upset about that is because it happened to me and wanted to make sure the coast was clear before i wanted to announce it but someone i was cool with told my family before i could ....thats dirty

Nah, I actually like Tristan Thompson & he has a lot of upside, but I just don't think he's worth a max contract currently at this point of his career plus the Cavs could use some of that proposed 80 + million to shore up the team with much better bench & role players than they have now.
