Some of y'all don't know but I work for the Nba helpdesk. Our company provides the software and hardware to state games and push those stats to the web. My boss told me just two days ago that it's already a done deal. Jax to London. He said it was a done deal when Shad bought the team. My boss was just at the D League showcase and was talking to some nba execs and they told him that.

It sucks cause the people in Jacksonville will be sorry when the nfl leaves. My team is always steelers. But I like the option of catching a game if I feel like it. I got to 3 to 4 games a year. Mad cheap down here compared to home

This will fail.

There is not enough interest from just Londoners to go to these games 8 times a year.

I have been to every Wembley game. When people go to Wembley games,it's fans from all over Europe, all wear their teams jerseys no matter who is playing and go for the occasion.Besides that the premier league does be on sundays most weeks now too.

That's the football in england, and London has so many teams in that, the sports fans will be at those games,if not they play the saturday and people go out for the games then go out and party, they won't be then doing it on a sunday.

That's just the problem with filling the stadium, now the problems with the logistics of having a team there, and like people said, players refusing to play there,be traded there or sign in free agency.

This whole thing is doomed.Just keep doing what they are doing now,it's fine everyone seems happy with it,and they are making mooney, but the greed will over come all the sensible thinking when it comes to this.

NFL would just play in Wembley.

Veeery Unlikely, the grass just about manages the games we have over here now, so i doubt we'd want all those games on it.

It's more likely we'd either use Twickenham, our purpose Rugby stadium, or, the new Tottenham stadium, which i believe will have changable playing surfaces.

Oh also, if we do get the Jags, you're all gonna have to pronounce Jag-u-ars properly.

Do they really think people in London - or anywhere else on the planet - give a flying fukk about this shytty sport?

We've sold out every game played here so far :yeshrug: How it'd work with an actual franchise I'm not sure, but i think it could work.
