HE is just trying to get college age voters amped up to come out and vote for him.
This is the same Obama who during his first campaign for president said his administration wouldn't waste time and resources on medical marijuana dispensaries in states where it was legal yet once he got elected his DOJ was raiding medical marijuana spots like they were hiding Osama Bin Laden.
He's a lying hypocrite who will say damn near anything to get elected just like his current opponent does. The differences between the two of them are negligible at best.
