Everybody saying he’s going to the lakers, are you guys sure the lakers would even want him?

By all extensive purposes the lakers hit a homerun in their last draft
-Lonzo ( we saw the talent already)
-Kuzma ( steal of the draft)
-Josh hart ( clearly he’s becoming a good rotational player)

Add that with a third year Ingram, why would the lakers mess up this formula? They already had a 10+ plus win increase from one year to the next.
Paul George is still a name player, and we all know Magic is a thot so yes the Lakers will want him

I think he fits better with the Rockets. All he would have to do is score with two PGs in Harden and CP3. WB is not the ideal player Melo could have played and I think Melo knew this when he tried to get traded to the Rockets at first. It's also hard to gain rhythm in OKC's system and I've noticed this because it seems like the offense has been your turn my turn for years. Melo is done. :francis: If I'm Melo, I try to play with little you have in the tank and hope for a buy out. But I highly highly doubt it. He's going to rot in OKC.
Houston's offense IS my turn your turn. HOU's offense isn't much different than OKC's. HOU's offense is just Harden and CP3 iso and pick and roll.

Because they are morons who chase big names.

Paul George does not move the needle. If I were a Laker fan why the hell would I want streaky ass, jumpshot happy, passive PG-13 taking away shots from Ingram? A 6’11 SF who averaged 16/5/4 at 20 years old. Kuzma, Lonzo, Ingram, Randle, Hart the Lakers got a real good core.

I agree. Another post suggested Kuz to the bench once a move is made for PG, and whether it was in jest or not, I was like, "Nah." He's developing into a very good player at the four, so why stunt that by not giving him as many minutes as possible?

Yes but the key difference is Harden combined with CP3 instead of WB and his questionable bball IQ. The Rockets have two elite playmakers making most of the decisions who can also take over and score. It would be a scorer's dream to play next to those two. They will get you the ball if you reach your spots or if you're open. With WB, you don't know wtf WB will do next to fukk up the possession or when he goes to full Sabo mode and says fukk it.
