You're making a straw man argument. I'm saying it would be best for the team's competitive future to trade Russ. He's gonna be 30 years old, only knows how to play one way, isn't willing to change and can't really shoot. Once he starts slowing down his game is gonna fall off a cliff, rapidly.

If you are saying that the Thunder should keep Russ around, max out as a fringe playoff/lotto team just so the fans can see him put up big statlines, I think that's gonna grow old really soon as well.
