This "New Cox Mobile" ad with the sheep literally takes up the entire screen when on desktop.
Not sure about mobile.
On desktop, the ad makes the site unusable. You have to refresh the page and hope a different ad pops up instead because clicking anywhere redirects you to the cox page.

Yup. Site is full of ads like that on desktop.
