He hadn't won shyt until he got Dan Reeves out of there. Elway refused to go to the Colts when they were going to draft him, before he even threw a pass in the league. It's a new day, RG3 isn't some mindless slave out there, plus he has to protect his own interests. Shamahan's intentions were nefarious from the start. Look at Jeff Fisher and Vince Young. People want to talk about RG3 being garbage this year, but he was basically playing with one good leg.
